Invoices and reports your accountant will actually accept

Every month, doresell issues you a formal statement per currency: gross revenue, tax collected, fees and net — backed line by line by the same ledger that pays you out.

A monthly invoice per currency

doresell issues one document per currency per month covering the whole UTC month — no partial periods, no ambiguity about what a figure covers.

Totals that tie out

Each statement shows orders, gross, tax collected, fees and net for the period — the exact figures your accountant needs to book doresell income, with nothing to re-derive.

PDF documents, one click

Download each invoice as a clean PDF for your records or your bookkeeper. Published documents are immutable, so what you file is what was issued.

Export everything to spreadsheet

Every filtered payments view and every balance ledger view exports fully to XLS — the complete result set from the database, not just the rows on screen.

Statements that drill down

Balance reports for any period sum payments, refunds, chargebacks and payouts — and every statement line opens into the individual entries behind it.

One reconciliation feed

Payments, tax lines, refunds, fees and payouts all come from a single append-only ledger, so your dashboard, your invoice and your payout always agree.

Close your books in an afternoon

The month-end routine with doresell looks like this:

  • Download the monthly statement per currency — revenue, tax, fees and net for the period.
  • Hand the PDF to your accountant as the source document for the period's doresell income.
  • If anything needs verifying, export the underlying payments or ledger entries to XLS and match line by line.
  • Report one revenue line at home. The foreign tax was collected and remitted by us.

Common questions

Who issues the invoice — me or doresell?+

doresell issues the monthly statement to you, because doresell is the merchant that resold your product. Buyers receive their compliant receipts from doresell at purchase time.

Can I export raw transaction data?+

Yes — payments and balance ledger views export to XLS in full, with tax, fees, status and references on every row, using any filters you have applied.

Do reports mix currencies?+

Never. USD, EUR and GBP are reported and paid out separately, with no hidden FX conversion, so every figure ties out exactly.

One rate. 3.9% + $0.35 / €0.25 / £0.25 per successful order.

No monthly fee, no setup cost, tax filings included. You pay only when you sell.
