Buyer Terms

Last updated: 1 August 2026

These terms apply to purchases made through a doresell checkout. If you are a seller using doresell to sell your products, see the Terms & Conditions instead. Not sure why doresell charged you? Start at the customer help page.

1. Who you are buying from

These Buyer Terms apply whenever you (the "Buyer") purchase a digital product, online course, software licence or subscription (a "Product") through a checkout operated by doresell. The seller of record for your purchase is DORESELL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17374162, with its registered office at Flat 509, 8 Victoria Mill, Lower Vickers Street, Manchester, England, M40 7NA ("doresell", "we", "us").

doresell acts as the merchant of record: we resell the Product to you on behalf of the person or business that created it (the "Creator"). Your payment contract is with doresell — we charge your payment method, issue your invoice or receipt, and collect any applicable taxes. The Product itself, including its content, functionality, licence terms and support, remains the responsibility of the Creator.

By completing a purchase you accept these Buyer Terms. They do not replace any Product-specific terms the Creator presents to you; both apply, and nothing in either limits your non-waivable statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Ordering and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency and, where required, inclusive of the taxes applicable to your location. The amount displayed at the moment you confirm the order is the amount we charge. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or fees for which we are not responsible.

By submitting an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided, that the information you give is accurate, and that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

The charge will appear on your statement with a descriptor referencing doresell. Our order confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order and forms the contract of sale.

3. Subscriptions and renewals

If you purchase a subscription, it renews automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. We or the Creator will send a receipt for each renewal charge, and where required by law a reminder before renewal.

You can cancel a subscription at any time by contacting contact@doresell.com or using the cancellation link in your receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; unless otherwise stated in the Product's terms or required by law, you retain access until the end of the period already paid.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you to update your payment method. Continued failure results in cancellation of the subscription.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered electronically. Access details, download links or licence keys are provided by email or on the confirmation page immediately after purchase, unless a different delivery window is stated at checkout.

If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, contact contact@doresell.com and we will resend the delivery or, where delivery cannot be completed, refund the purchase.

5. Right of withdrawal for EU and UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

For digital content that is delivered immediately, you may be asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Where you have given that consent, the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies to that purchase; where you have not, it remains available.

To exercise a withdrawal right, contact contact@doresell.com within the withdrawal period, stating your order details. We will reimburse the payment using the original payment method within 14 days of your notice.

6. Refunds

Each Product displays its refund policy at checkout — for example a 14- or 30-day money-back guarantee. That policy, together with your statutory rights, determines your entitlement to a refund. Where a refund is due, we return it to the original payment method; depending on your bank it typically arrives within 5–10 business days.

We may also issue a refund at our own discretion where we consider it necessary to resolve a complaint fairly, comply with card scheme rules, or where the Product was materially not as described.

To request a refund, reply to your receipt email or contact contact@doresell.com with your order details.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorised, please contact us first — we resolve almost all payment issues faster than a card dispute, which can take your bank weeks to process. Raising a chargeback for a charge you in fact authorised, instead of using the refund process, may result in loss of access to the Product and refusal of future purchases through our checkout.

8. Licence and acceptable use

Unless the Creator's own licence terms state otherwise, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product for its intended purpose. You may not resell, redistribute, share access credentials to, or systematically copy a Product, nor use it for any unlawful purpose.

Course content, software and other materials remain the intellectual property of the Creator or its licensors. Purchasing a Product transfers no ownership of that intellectual property to you.

9. Product responsibility and support

The Creator is responsible for the Product's content, accuracy, quality, fitness for purpose and ongoing support, and for any claims made in its marketing. Contact details for product support are included on your receipt.

doresell is responsible for the payment side of your purchase: billing, invoicing, taxes, cancellations and refunds. If you cannot reach a Creator or a dispute with a Creator is unresolved, contact us and we will assist.

10. Data protection

We process your personal data as an independent controller to perform the purchase contract, meet tax and accounting obligations, and prevent fraud, as described in our Privacy Policy at doresell.com/privacy. We share with the Creator the data needed to deliver the Product and provide support; the Creator processes that data as an independent controller.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Buyer Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to the above, doresell's total liability to a Buyer in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. doresell is not liable for the acts or omissions of a Creator, for the content or performance of a Product, or for indirect or consequential loss.

12. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these Buyer Terms from time to time; the version displayed at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page.

These Buyer Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
