Chargeback fee
The only fee outside the headline rate. Billed per chargeback in your payout currency; we still handle the dispute for you.

Are there any monthly or setup fees?+
No. doresell has no monthly platform fee, no setup cost and no minimum commitment. You pay 3.9% + $0.35 only on successful orders.
What do chargebacks cost?+
Chargebacks are billed at $30, €25 or £25 per chargeback depending on your payout currency. We handle the evidence assembly and representment; the fee applies whether or not the dispute is won.
Is tax filing really included?+
Yes. Because doresell is the merchant of record, sales are reported under our tax registrations worldwide. There is no extra charge for tax calculation, remittance or filings.
Do refunds cost anything?+
There is no separate refund fee. When you refund an order, the percentage fee on that order is returned to you; the fixed $0.35 portion is not.
Is there volume pricing?+
Yes. Above roughly $250k in monthly sales we move you to a negotiated blended rate with dedicated onboarding and a named risk contact. Email contact@doresell.com to talk numbers.
